Arriving
Tender is located on 535 Sydney Road in Brunswick. Our main entry is at the rear of the studio down the laneway next to 38 Ovens St. Please note there is no parking available at the studio, there is a parking lot located on the corner of Breese and Hope St. Bicycle parking can be found on Ovens St, Sydney Road or Hope St.
We have ramp access via Sydney Rd entry, please get in touch if you have any access needs. Tram route 19 services Sydney Road and the nearest train station is Brunswick Station (500m).
What to bring
Mats and blocks will be provided at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Facilities
We have two toilets (one ambulant) which serve as changerooms located at the rear of the studio. Please don’t hesitate to let us know in advance if you have any specific requirements to accommodate.
Arrival time
Please aim to get to the studio at least 5 minutes before the class starts so we can get you registered, signed in, changed and settled in for practice. Our doors will be locked once class starts.
Phones
Please place phones and other belongings in the pigeon holes provided. Please ensure that all devices are switched off or on airplane mode as to not disturb other students.
Cancellation Policy
Classes and bookings cancelled less than 12 hours before are considered late cancels. Because it is unlikely that your spot can be allocated to someone else, this means that your credit for this booking is forfeited/deducted.
You can cancel your attendance to events, classes or workshops in advance, but get no automatic credit. Please contact us directly to claim the credit and we’ll update it on your profile.
